1 Al Vencedor; sobre Neginot: <I>Salmo</I> de David. Oye, oh Dios, mi clamor; a mi oración atiende.

Hear my cry, O God; listen to my prayer.
2 Desde el cabo de la tierra clamaré a ti, cuando mi corazón desmayare; a la peña más alta que me conduzcas,

From the ends of the earth I call to you, I call as my heart grows faint; lead me to the rock that is higher than I.
3 porque <I>tú</I> has sido mi refugio, <I>mi</I> torre de fortaleza delante del enemigo.

For you have been my refuge, a strong tower against the foe.
4 <I>Yo</I> habitaré en tu tabernáculo para siempre; estaré seguro en el escondedero de tus alas.

I long to dwell in your tent forever and take refuge in the shelter of your wings.
5 Porque tú, oh Dios, has oído mis votos, has dado heredad a los que temen tu Nombre.

For you, God, have heard my vows; you have given me the heritage of those who fear your name.
6 Días sobre días añadirás al Rey; sus años <I>serán</I> de generación a generación.

Increase the days of the king’s life, his years for many generations.
7 <I>El</I> estará para siempre delante de Dios; misericordia y verdad apercibe <I>que</I> lo conserven.

May he be enthroned in God’s presence forever; appoint your love and faithfulness to protect him.
8 Así cantaré tu Nombre para siempre, pagando mis votos cada día.

Then I will ever sing in praise of your name and fulfill my vows day after day.
