1 SENHOR, quero dar-te graças de todo o coraçãoe falar de todas as tuas maravilhas.

1 I will give thanks to you, LORD, with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonderful deeds.

2 Em ti quero alegrar-me e exultar,e cantar louvores ao teu nome, ó Altíssimo.

2 I will be glad and rejoice in you; I will sing the praises of your name, O Most High.

3 Quando os meus inimigoscontigo se defrontam, tropeçam e são destruídos.

3 My enemies turn back; they stumble and perish before you.

4 Pois defendeste o meu direito e a minha causa;em teu trono te assentaste, julgando com justiça.

4 For you have upheld my right and my cause, sitting enthroned as the righteous judge.

5 Repreendeste as nações e destruíste os ímpios;para todo o sempre apagaste o nome deles.

5 You have rebuked the nations and destroyed the wicked; you have blotted out their name for ever and ever.

6 O inimigo foi totalmente arrasado, para sempre;desarraigaste as suas cidades;já não há quem delas se lembre.

6 Endless ruin has overtaken my enemies, you have uprooted their cities; even the memory of them has perished.

7 O SENHOR reina para sempre;estabeleceu o seu trono para julgar.

7 The LORD reigns forever; he has established his throne for judgment.

8 Ele mesmo julga o mundo com justiça;governa os povos com retidão.

8 He rules the world in righteousness and judges the peoples with equity.

9 O SENHOR é refúgio para os oprimidos,uma torre segura na hora da adversidade.

9 The LORD is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble.

10 Os que conhecem o teu nome confiam em ti,pois tu, SENHOR, jamais abandonas os que te buscam.

10 Those who know your name trust in you, for you, LORD, have never forsaken those who seek you.

11 Cantem louvores ao SENHOR, que reina em Sião;proclamem entre as nações os seus feitos.

11 Sing the praises of the LORD, enthroned in Zion; proclaim among the nations what he has done.

12 Aquele que pede contas do sangue derramado não esquece;ele não ignora o clamor dos oprimidos.

12 For he who avenges blood remembers; he does not ignore the cries of the afflicted.

13 Misericórdia, SENHOR! Vê o sofrimento que me causamos que me odeiam.Salva-me das portas da morte,

13 LORD, see how my enemies persecute me! Have mercy and lift me up from the gates of death,

14 para que, junto às portas da cidade de Sião,eu cante louvores a tie ali exulte em tua salvação.

14 that I may declare your praises in the gates of Daughter Zion, and there rejoice in your salvation.

15 Caíram as nações na cova que abriram;os seus pés ficaram presos no laço que esconderam.

15 The nations have fallen into the pit they have dug; their feet are caught in the net they have hidden.

16 O SENHOR é conhecido pela justiça que executa;os ímpios caem em suas próprias armadilhas.

16 The LORD is known by his acts of justice; the wicked are ensnared by the work of their hands.

17 Voltem os ímpios ao pó,todas as nações que se esquecem de Deus!

17 The wicked go down to the realm of the dead, all the nations that forget God.

18 Mas os pobres nunca serão esquecidos,nem se frustrará a esperança dos necessitados.

18 But God will never forget the needy; the hope of the afflicted will never perish.

19 Levanta-te, SENHOR! Não permitas que o mortal triunfe!Julgadas sejam as nações na tua presença.

19 Arise, LORD, do not let mortals triumph; let the nations be judged in your presence.

20 Infunde-lhes terror, SENHOR;saibam as nações que não passam de seres humanos.

20 Strike them with terror, LORD; let the nations know they are only mortal.
