Jeremiah 36:13

Then Micaiah declared all the words that he had heard
The sum and substance of them; for it cannot be thought that he should retain in his memory every word that he had heard; though, as it is very probable he was much struck and affected with what he had heard, he might remember and declare a great deal of it: when Baruch read the book in the ears of the people;
and this he also declared, no doubt, that what he had heard, and then related, were read by Baruch out of a book; as is clear from the princes sending for Baruch, and ordering him to bring the roll along with him, as in ( Jeremiah 36:14 ) .

11 Or Micaia, figliuolo di Ghemaria, figliuolo di Shafan, udì tutte le parole dell’Eterno, lette dal libro;
12 scese nella casa del re, nella camera del segretario, ed ecco che quivi stavan seduti tutti i capi: Elishama il segretario, Delaia figliuolo di Scemaia, Elnathan figliuolo di Acbor, Ghemaria figliuolo di Shafan, Sedekia figliuolo di Hanania, e tutti gli altri capi.
13 E Micaia riferì loro tutte le parole che aveva udite mentre Baruc leggeva il libro in presenza del popolo.
14 Allora tutti i capi mandarono Jehudi, figliuolo di Nethania, figliuolo di Scelemia, figliuolo di Cusci, a Baruc per dirgli: "Prendi in mano il rotolo dal quale tu hai letto in presenza del popolo, e vieni". E Baruc, figliuolo di Neria, prese in mano il rotolo, e venne a loro.
15 Ed essi gli dissero: "Siediti, e leggilo qui a noi". E Baruc lo lesse in loro presenza.
