10 por tanto, he aquí que yo traigo mal sobre la casa de Jeroboam, y yo talaré de Jeroboam todo meante a la pared, así el guardado como el quedado en Israel; y barreré la posteridad de la casa de Jeroboam, como es barrido el estiércol, hasta que sea acabada.

1 Kings 14:10

Therefore, behold, I will bring evil upon the house of
Jeroboam
Calamities, destruction, and ruin:

and will cut off from Jeroboam him that pisseth against the wall;
not leave a dog of his, or rather a male, see ( 1 Samuel 25:22 )

and him that is shut up and left in Israel;
in garrisons or in prisons, in cities or in fields, or in whatsoever situation or circumstances they may be. Some interpret it of wealth and substance; it signifies an entire destruction it may be of men and goods, see ( Deuteronomy 32:36 )

and will take away the remnant of the house of Jeroboam, as a man
taketh away dung, till it be all gone;
signifying that Jeroboam's family was as loathsome and abominable to the Lord as dung is to men; and that he would make as clean a riddance of them as men do of dung when they sweep it out, and will not leave the least scrap behind.

8 y rompí el reino de la casa de David, y te lo entregué a ti; y tú no has sido como David mi siervo, que guardó mis mandamientos y anduvo en pos de mí con todo su corazón, haciendo solamente lo derecho delante de mis ojos;

9 antes hiciste lo malo más que todos los que han sido antes de ti; que fuiste y te hiciste otros dioses, y fundiciones para enojarme, y a mí me echaste tras tus espaldas;

10 por tanto, he aquí que yo traigo mal sobre la casa de Jeroboam, y yo talaré de Jeroboam todo meante a la pared, así el guardado como el quedado en Israel; y barreré la posteridad de la casa de Jeroboam, como es barrido el estiércol, hasta que sea acabada.

11 El que muriere de los de Jeroboam en la ciudad, lo comerán los perros; y el que muriere en el campo, lo comerán las aves del cielo; porque el SEÑOR lo ha dicho.

12 Y tú levántate, y vete a tu casa; que en entrando tu pie en la ciudad, morirá el niño.
