2 Crónicas 34:9

9 Los cuales vinieron a Hilcías, sumo sacerdote, y dieron el dinero que había sido metido en la Casa del SEÑOR, que los levitas que guardaban la puerta habían recogido de mano de Manasés y de Efraín y de todas las reliquias de Israel, y de todo Judá y Benjamín, habiéndose después vuelto a Jerusalén.

2 Chronicles 34:9

And when they came to Hilkiah the high priest
To whom they were sent to advise with about the repair of the temple:

they delivered the money that was brought into the house of God;
that is, the high priest, and the Levites the doorkeepers, gave it to the king's ministers; which money was either brought to the temple voluntarily, as the free gifts of the people, for the repairs; or rather what was collected by the Levites, sent throughout the land for that purpose, or it may be both:

which the Levites that kept the doors;
of the temple; and received the money as the people brought it:

and also had gathered of the hand of Manasseh and Ephraim, and of all
the remnant of Israel, and of all Judah, and Benjamin;
they went throughout all the land of Israel and Judah, and collected money for the above purpose:

and they returned to Jerusalem;
with it, which the high priest took the sum of, see ( 2 Kings 22:4 ) of whom the king's ministers now received it.

7 Y cuando hubo derribado los altares y los bosques, y quebrado y desmenuzado las esculturas, y destruido todos los ídolos del sol por toda la tierra de Israel, se volvió a Jerusalén.

8 A los dieciocho años de su reinado, después de haber limpiado la tierra, y la Casa, envió a Safán hijo de Azalía, y a Maasías gobernador de la ciudad, y a Joa hijo de Joacaz, canciller, para que reparasen la Casa del SEÑOR su Dios.

9 Los cuales vinieron a Hilcías, sumo sacerdote, y dieron el dinero que había sido metido en la Casa del SEÑOR, que los levitas que guardaban la puerta habían recogido de mano de Manasés y de Efraín y de todas las reliquias de Israel, y de todo Judá y Benjamín, habiéndose después vuelto a Jerusalén.

10 Y lo entregaron en mano de los que hacían la obra, que eran sobrestantes en la Casa del SEÑOR; los cuales lo daban a los que hacían la obra y trabajaban en la Casa del SEÑOR, para reparar y restaurar el templo.

11 Y dieron también a los oficiales y albañiles para que comprasen piedra de cantería, y madera para las trabazones, y para entabladura de las Casas, las cuales habían destruido los reyes de Judá.
