One woe is past
One of the three woe trumpets, the first of them; that is, in the vision which John had of it, not the thing itself designed by it:

[and] behold there come two woes more hereafter;
under the blowing of the sixth and seventh trumpets.

10 Y tenían colas semejantes a las de los escorpiones, y tenían en sus colas aguijones, y su potestad era de hacer daño a los hombres cinco meses.

11 Y tienen sobre sí un rey, que es el ángel del abismo, el cual tenía por nombre en hebraico, Abadón, y en griego, Apolión que quiere decir destructor .

12 El primer ¡Ay! es pasado; he aquí, vienen aún dos ayes después de estas cosas.

13 Y el sexto ángel tocó la trompeta; y oí una voz de los cuatro cuernos del altar de oro, el cual está delante de los ojos de Dios;

14 diciendo al sexto ángel que tenía la trompeta: Desata los cuatro ángeles que están atados en el gran río Eufrates.
