27 Acuérdate de tus siervos Abraham, Isaac, y Jacob; no mires a la dureza de este pueblo, ni a su impiedad, ni a su pecado;

Deuteronomy 9:27

Remember thy servants, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob
The covenant he had made with them, the promises he had made to them of the multiplication of their seed, and of giving the land of Canaan to them; which is a third argument used with the Lord not to destroy them:

look not unto the stubbornness of this people, nor to their wickedness,
nor to their sin;
nor to the natural temper and disposition of the people, which was to be stubborn, obstinate, stiffnecked, and self-willed; nor to their wickedness, which appears in various instances; nor to that particular sin of idolatry they had now been guilty, of; tacitly owning that if God looked to these things, there was sufficient reason to destroy them.

25 Y me postré delante del SEÑOR cuarenta días y cuarenta noches, como estuve postrado antes ; porque el SEÑOR dijo que os había de destruir.

26 Y oré al SEÑOR, diciendo: Oh Señor DIOS, no destruyas a tu pueblo y a tu heredad que has redimido con tu grandeza, al cual sacaste de Egipto con mano fuerte.

27 Acuérdate de tus siervos Abraham, Isaac, y Jacob; no mires a la dureza de este pueblo, ni a su impiedad, ni a su pecado;

28 para que no digan los de la tierra de donde nos sacaste: Por cuanto no pudo el SEÑOR introducirlos en la tierra que les había dicho, o porque los aborrecía, los sacó para matarlos en el desierto.

29 Y ellos son tu pueblo y tu heredad, que sacaste con tu gran fortaleza y con tu brazo extendido.
