Cut ye not off the tribe of the families of the Kohathites
from among the Levites.
] Or give no occasion, as the Targum of Jonathan; or be not the cause of their cutting off, as Jarchi, through negligence or inadvertency of theirs, in packing up the above things, and delivering them to them.

18 No cortaréis la tribu de las familias de Coat de entre los levitas;

19 mas esto haréis con ellos, para que vivan, y no mueran cuando llegaren al lugar santísimo: Aarón y sus hijos vendrán y los pondrán a cada uno en su ministerio, y en su cargo.

20 No entrarán para ver, cuando cubrieren las cosas santas; porque morirán.
