Numbers 4:4

This [shall be] the service of the sons of Kohath, in the
tabernacle of the congregation
What follows, ( Numbers 4:4-15 ) ;

[about] the most holy things;
which Aben Ezra interprets only of the ark, which was indeed a most holy thing, and stood in the most holy place; but there were other holy things, in the care of which the service of the Kohathites lay; as the shewbread table, the candlestick, and the altars of incense and burnt offering, and the vail, and the ministering: vessels, which Jarchi reckons with it, as more holy than all other things.

2 Toma la cuenta de los hijos de Coat de entre los hijos de Leví, por sus familias, por las casas de sus padres,

3 de edad de treinta años arriba hasta cincuenta años, todos los que entran en compañía, para hacer obra en el tabernáculo del testimonio.

4 Este será el oficio de los hijos de Coat en el tabernáculo del testimonio, en el lugar santísimo:

5 Cuando se hubiere de mudar el campamento, vendrán Aarón y sus hijos, y desarmarán el velo de la tienda, y cubrirán con él el arca del testimonio;

6 y pondrán sobre ella la cubierta de pieles de tejones, y extenderán encima el paño todo de cárdeno, y le pondrán sus varas.
