Of the sons of Gershom, Shebuel was the chief.
] Of the posterity of Gershom in the times of David, called Shubael, ( 1 Chronicles 24:20 ) , the Targum makes him to be the same with Jonathan, ( Judges 18:30 ) . ^F12
