4 I thank my God always concerning you for the grace of God which was given you in Christ Jesus, 5 What then is Apollos ? And what is Paul ? Servants through whom you believed, even as the Lord gave opportunity to each one. 10 According to the grace of God which was given to me, like a wise master builder I laid a foundation, and another is building on it. But each man must be careful how he builds on it. 25 Now concerning virgins I have no command of the Lord, but I give an opinion as one who by the mercy of the Lord is trustworthy. 12 If others share the right over you, do we not more ? Nevertheless, we did not use this right, but we endure all things so that we will cause no hindrance to the gospel of Christ. 15 but if a woman has long hair, it is a glory to her? For her hair is given to her for a covering. 7 But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good. 8 For to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, and to another the word of knowledge according to the same Spirit ; 24 whereas our more presentable members have no need of it. But God has so composed the body, giving more abundant honor to that member which lacked, 7 Yet even lifeless things, either flute or harp, in producing a sound, if they do not produce a distinction in the tones, how will it be known what is played on the flute or on the harp ? 8 For if the bugle produces an indistinct sound, who will prepare himself for battle ? 9 So also you, unless you utter by the tongue speech that is clear, how will it be known what is spoken ? For you will be speaking into the air. 38 But God gives it a body just as He wished, and to each of the seeds a body of its own. 57 but thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
