11 For the grace of God has ¹appeared, ^a²bringing salvation to all men, 12 ^binstructing us to deny ungodliness and ³worldly desires and ⁴to live sensibly, righteously and godly ⁵in the present age, 13 looking for the blessed hope and the ⁶appearing of the glory of ^c⁷our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus, 14 who ⁸gave Himself for us ⁹to redeem us from every lawless deed, and to ¹⁰purify for Himself a ¹¹people for His own possession, ¹²zealous for good deeds.
