Perfect active indicative (watch perfects in Hebrews, not "for" aorists) of prosecw, old verb, here with either noun (mind) or self (eauton) understood with dative case (twi qusiasthriwi, the altar, for which word see Matthew 5:23 ; Luke 1:11 ).
