When are finished (otan telesqh). Indefinite future temporal clause with otan and the first aorist passive subjunctive of telew, "whenever are finished." Shall be loosed (luqhsetai). Future passive of luw, no longer bound as in Matthew 20:2 . He uses the future as a prophet in verses Matthew 7:8, but in Matthew 9:10 he uses the aorist as a seer.
