11Bless the LORD, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name!
22Bless the LORD, O my soul, and 3forget not all his benefits,
who 4forgives all your iniquity, who 5heals all your diseases,
who 6redeems your life from the pit, who 7crowns you with steadfast love and mercy,
who 8satisfies you with good so that your youth is renewed like 9the eagle's.
The LORD works 10righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed.
He made known his 11ways to Moses, his 12acts to the people of Israel.
The LORD is 13merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love.
914He will not always chide, nor will he 15keep his anger forever.
He does not deal with us 16according to our sins, nor repay us according to our iniquities.
For 17as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his 18steadfast love toward 19those who fear him;
as far as the east is from the west, so far does he 20remove our transgressions from us.
As 21a father shows compassion to his children, so the LORD shows compassion 22to those who fear him.
For he knows our frame;a he 23remembers that we are dust.
As for man, his days are like 24grass; he flourishes like 25a flower of the field;
for 26the wind passes over it, and 27it is gone, and 28its place knows it no more.
But 29the steadfast love of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting on 30those who fear him, and his righteousness to 31children's children,
to those who 32keep his covenant and 33remember to do his commandments.
The LORD has 34established his throne in the heavens, and his 35kingdom rules over all.
Bless the LORD, O you 36his angels, you 37mighty ones who 38do his word, obeying the voice of his word!
Bless the LORD, all his 39hosts, his 40ministers, who do his will!
2241Bless the LORD, all his works, in all places of his dominion. 42Bless the LORD, O my soul!
