But nowChrist3has been raised from the dead, the 4firstfruits of those who 5are asleep.
For since6by a man came death, by a manalso came the resurrection of the dead.
For 7as in Adamalldie, soalso in aChristall will be madealive.
But each in his ownorder: Christ8the firstfruits, after that 9thosewho are Christ's at 10His coming,
24then comes the end, when He hands over 11the kingdom to the 12God and Father, when He has abolished13allrule and allauthority and power.
For He mustreign14until He has putall His enemiesunder His feet.
The lastenemy that will be 15abolished is death.
For 16HE HAS PUTALLTHINGS IN SUBJECTIONUNDER HIS FEET. But when He says, "17Allthings are put in subjection," it is evident that He is excepted who putallthings in subjection to Him.
28When18allthings are subjected to Him, then the SonHimselfalso will be subjected to the One who subjectedallthings to Him, so that 19God may be all in all.
