Be gracious to me, O God, for man has a1trampled upon me; bFightingallday long he 2oppresses me.

My foes have c3trampled upon me allday long, For dthey are many who 4fightproudly against me.
3eWhen I am 5afraid, fI will 6put my trust in You.
47In God, whose word I praise, In God I have put my trust ; I shall not be afraid. 8What can mere gmando to me?
5Allday long they h9distort my words ; All their i10thoughts are against me for evil.

They j11attack, they lurk, They 12watch my ksteps, As they have 13waited to take my llife.
7Because of wickedness, m14cast them forth, In anger15putdown the peoples, O God !

You 16have takenaccount of my wanderings ; Put my 17tears in Your bottle. Are they not in 18Your book ?
9Then my enemies will 19turnback20in the day when I call ; This I know, nthat 21God is for me.

In God, whose word I praise, In the LORD, whose word I praise,

In God I have put my otrust, I shall not be afraid. What can mando to me?

Your 22vows are binding upon me, O God ; I will renderthankofferings to You.

For You have 23delivered my soul from death, pIndeed24my feet from stumbling, So that I may 25walkbeforeGod In the 26light of the qliving.
