John 1:2-12

NLT 2 He existed in the beginning with God. NIV 2 He was with God in the beginning. NLT 3 God created everything through him, and nothing was created except through him. NIV 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. NLT 4 The Word gave life to everything that was created, and his life brought light to everyone. NIV 4 In him was life, and that life was the light of men. NLT 5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it. NIV 5 The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it. NLT 6 God sent a man, John the Baptist, NIV 6 There came a man who was sent from God; his name was John.
