Matthew 6:26-30

NLT 26 Look at the birds. They don't need to plant or harvest or put food in barns because your heavenly Father feeds them. And you are far more valuable to him than they are. NIV 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? NLT 27 Can all your worries add a single moment to your life? Of course not." NIV 27 Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life ? NLT 28 "And why worry about your clothes? Look at the lilies and how they grow. They don't work or make their clothing, NIV 28 "And why do you worry about clothes? See how the lilies of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. NLT 29 yet Solomon in all his glory was not dressed as beautifully as they are. NIV 29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. NLT 30 And if God cares so wonderfully for flowers that are here today and gone tomorrow, won't he more surely care for you? You have so little faith!" NIV 30 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?
