Psalm 119:103-113 (New International Version)

View In My Bible
103 How sweet are your words to my taste, sweeter than honey1 to my mouth!2 104 I gain understanding3 from your precepts; therefore I hate every wrong path.4

105 Your word is a lamp5 to my feet and a light6 for my path. 106 I have taken an oath7 and confirmed it, that I will follow your righteous laws.8 107 I have suffered much; preserve my life,9 O LORD, according to your word. 108 Accept, O LORD, the willing praise of my mouth,10 and teach me your laws.11 109 Though I constantly take my life in my hands,12 I will not forget13 your law. 110 The wicked have set a snare14 for me, but I have not strayed15 from your precepts. 111 Your statutes are my heritage forever; they are the joy of my heart.16 112 My heart is set17 on keeping your decrees to the very end.18

113 I hate double-minded men,19 but I love your law.20
