1 Crônicas 16:38-43

38 Também deixou Obeede-Edom , com seus irmãos, sessenta e oito; Obede-Edomsa filho de Jedútum e Hosa, para serem porteiros;

39 e deixou Zadoque, o sacerdote, e seus irmãos, os sacerdotes, diante do tabernáculo do Senhor, no alto que havia em Gibeao,

40 para oferecerem holocaustos ao Senhor continuamente, pela manhã e � tarde, sobre o altar dos holocaustos; e isto segundo tudo o que está escrito na lei que o Senhor tinha ordenado a Israel;

41 e com eles Hemã, e Jedútum e os demais escolhidos, que tinham sido nominalmente designados, para darem graças ao Senhor, porque a sua benignidade dura para sempre.

42 Estavam Hemã e Jedútun encarregados das trombetas e dos címbalos para os que os haviam de tocar, e dos outros instrumentos para os cânticos de Deus; e os filhos de Jedútun estavam � porta.

43 Então todo o povo se retirou, cada um para a sua casa; e Davi voltou para abençoar a sua casa.

INTRODUCTION TO 1 CHRONICLES 16

This chapter relates that David offered sacrifices when the ark was brought into his city, 1Ch 16:1-3 who were the singers he appointed to sing before it continually, 1Ch 16:4-6 and the song he that day composed and delivered to them to sing, 1Ch 16:7-36 and that he appointed not only proper persons to minister before the ark, but also before the tabernacle at Gibeon, 1Ch 16:37-43.
