28 I say unto you, Among them that are born of women there is none greater than John: yet he that is but little in the kingdom of God is greater than he.

For I say unto you----here is not a greater prophet
The word "prophet" is left out in the Arabic and Ethiopic versions, as in ( Matthew 11:11 ) . (See Gill on Matthew 11:11).
