8 Prayers for the Exhausted New Mom

February 16, 2026

New motherhood is a season of joyful exhaustion. There is so much beauty in all the first moments shared with your child. The first drive home, the first bath, the first bedtime, and the first shared smile! These magical moments stack up and bloom into a timeless love shared between mother and child.

Yet, it’s all so utterly exhausting. The sleepless nights, the newfound worry, the disrupted routine, and the physical toll on your body all push moms to their limits.

This exhaustion is not a mark of failure; this struggling is not a sign that you are not equipped for the journey. It’s part of sacrificial love. Each time I’ve welcomed a new child into our home, either through birth, foster care, or adoption, it’s stretched me in ways I couldn’t have imagined. I found myself asking God different questions, requiring extra grace, and tired in new and unique ways.

Our lifeline as we adjust to our expanding homes is prayer. God gently leads us through these transitions and guides us as we grow into the mothers our kids need us to be. Here are some prayers we can go to as new moms.

A 7-Day Study of Jesus' Miracles

January 27, 2026

Have you ever witnessed a miracle? A miracle is an extraordinary, unexpected event that demonstrates God’s supernatural power as He interrupts natural law to reveal His character, purpose, and love for us. Those moments are invitations to put our faith and trust in the one true God.

Often, the miraculous event is a response to our faith, our prayers, and our needs. Mark 9:23-24 states, “‘If you can’?’ said Jesus. ‘Everything is possible for one who believes.’ Immediately, the boy’s father exclaimed, ‘I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!’”

Throughout Jesus’ ministry, He performed numerous miracles. He often eased the suffering of others, revealed His identity as the Son of God through the Messianic miracles, and responded to the faith of those around him, such as in the case of the woman with the issue of blood (Mark 5:25-34).

Miracles are one way we are invited to see God and believe that He is who He says He is. Miracles are still happening today! From cured cancer, healed depression, saved marriages, a redeemed life, and sustained sobriety, we see God’s grace poured out on our lives in many ways.

This study is designed to ignite in us a faith that appreciates the miracles God has done and will do in our lives through a daily Scripture reading, reflection, questions, and a prayer.
