The sons of Judah: Pharez
The posterity of Judah in the line of Pharez, for he only is mentioned:

Hezron, and Carmi, and Hur, and Shobal.
Hezron was the son of Pharez, and Carmi is supposed to be Chelubai, or Caleb, the son of Hezron; and Hur the son of Caleb; and Shobal was the son of the second Caleb the son of Hur; see ( 1 Chronicles 2:5 1 Chronicles 2:9 1 Chronicles 2:19 1 Chronicles 2:50 ) .

1 Los hijos de Judá fueron Pérez, Hazrón, Carmi, Hur y Sobal.

2 Y Reaía, hijo de Sobal, engendró a Jahat, y Jahat engendró a Ahumai y a Lahad. Estas fueron las familias de los zoratitas.

3 Estos fueron los hijos de Etam: Jezreel, Isma e Ibdas; y el nombre de su hermana era Haze-lelponi.

4 Penuel fue padre de Gedor, y Ezer, padre de Husa. Estos fueron los hijos de Hur, primogénito de Efrata, padre de Belén.

5 Asur, padre de Tecoa, tuvo dos mujeres: Hela y Naara.
