Deuteronomy 9:24

You have been rebellious against the Lord from the day that I
knew you.
] Either from the time he first had and took knowledge of them and visited them, before his departure from Egypt to the land of Midian; (see ( Exodus 2:11-14 ) compared with ( Acts 7:25 ) ); or from the time that he was sent to them to deliver them out of Egypt; see ( Exodus 5:20 Exodus 5:21 ) and especially from the time he brought them into the wilderness.

22 Nuevamente, en Tabera, en Masah y en Kibrot-hataava, provocasteis a ira al SEÑOR.
23 Y cuando el SEÑOR os envió de Cades-barnea, diciendo: "Subid y tomad posesión de la tierra que yo os he dado", entonces os rebelasteis contra la orden del SEÑOR vuestro Dios; no le creísteis, ni escuchasteis su voz.
24 Vosotros habéis sido rebeldes al SEÑOR desde el día en que os conocí.
25 Entonces me postré delante del SEÑOR los cuarenta días y cuarenta noches, lo cual hice porque el SEÑOR había dicho que os iba a destruir.
26 Y oré al SEÑOR, y dije: "Oh Señor DIOS, no destruyas a tu pueblo, a tu heredad, que tú has redimido con tu grandeza, que tú has sacado de Egipto con mano fuerte.
