Exodus 9:12

And the Lord hardened the heart of Pharaoh
He having often, and so long hardened his own heart, God gave him up to judicial hardness of heart, to his own corruptions, the temptations of Satan, and the lying magicians about him, to make an ill use of everything that offered to him, and put a wrong construction on all that befell him, so that whatever was said to him, or inflicted on him, made no impression to any purpose: and he hearkened not unto them;
to Moses and Aaron, and to the Lord by them: as the Lord had spoken to Moses;
both that he would harden his heart, and he should not hearken to them; all this was no other than what the Lord had said should be, ( Exodus 4:21 ) ( 7:4 ) .

10 Tomaron, pues, hollín de un horno, y se presentaron delante de Faraón, y Moisés lo arrojó hacia el cielo, y produjo furúnculos que resultaron en úlceras en los hombres y en los animales.

11 Y los magos no podían estar delante de Moisés a causa de los furúnculos, pues los furúnculos estaban tanto en los magos como en todos los egipcios.

12 Y el SEÑOR endureció el corazón de Faraón y no los escuchó, tal como el SEÑOR había dicho a Moisés.

13 Entonces dijo el SEÑOR a Moisés: Levántate muy de mañana, y ponte delante de Faraón, y dile: "Así dice el SEÑOR, el Dios de los hebreos: 'Deja ir a mi pueblo para que me sirva.

14 'Porque esta vez enviaré todas mis plagas sobre ti, sobre tus siervos y sobre tu pueblo, para que sepas que no hay otro como yo en toda la tierra.
