Jeremiah 33:19

And the word of the Lord came unto Jeremiah
For the further explanation and confirmation of what is before said; and which came at the same time as the other; this being not a new prophecy, but an illustration of the former: saying;
as follows:

17 Porque así dice el SEÑOR: "Nunca le faltará a David quien se siente sobre el trono de la casa de Israel;
18 y a los sacerdotes levitas nunca les faltará quien en presencia mía ofrezca holocausto, queme ofrendas de cereal y prepare sacrificios todos los días."
19 Y vino palabra del SEÑOR a Jeremías, diciendo:
20 Así dice el SEÑOR: "Si pudierais romper mi pacto con el día y mi pacto con la noche, de modo que el día y la noche no vinieran a su tiempo,
21 entonces también se podría romper mi pacto con mi siervo David, y él no tendría hijo para reinar sobre su trono con los sacerdotes levitas, mis ministros.
