49 Pero el que ha o铆do y no ha hecho nada, es semejante a un hombre que edific贸 una casa sobre tierra, sin echar cimiento; y el torrente rompi贸 contra ella y al instante se desplom贸, y fue grande la ruina de aquella casa.

Luke 6:49

But he that heareth, and doth not
Hears Christ's sayings externally, but does not obey his commands:

is like a man that without a foundation built upon the earth:
that is, without digging for a foundation, built his house upon the surface of the earth; "upon the dust of it", as the Syriac version renders it; or, "upon the sand", as Matthew says: "against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell, and the ruin of that house was great"; (See Gill on Matthew 7:26). 48 es semejante a un hombre que al edificar una casa, cav贸 hondo y ech贸 cimiento sobre la roca; y cuando vino una inundaci贸n, el torrente rompi贸 contra aquella casa, pero no pudo moverla porque hab铆a sido bien construida.
