Psalms 33:14

From the place of his habitation
Which is heaven, that is, the habitation of his holiness, and of his glory, ( Isaiah 63:15 ) ;

he looketh upon all the inhabitants of the earth;
good and bad; and not the nation of Israel only, but the Gentile world, whom in former times he overlooked, but under the Gospel dispensation visits in a way of mercy; by sending his son to die for them, by spreading his Gospel among them, by calling them by his grace, by planting churches in the midst of them, and by continuing his word and ordinances with them.

12 Bienaventurada la nación cuyo Dios es el SEÑOR, el pueblo que El ha escogido como herencia para sí.

13 El SEÑOR mira desde los cielos; El ve a todos los hijos de los hombres.

14 Desde el lugar de su morada El observa a todos los habitantes de la tierra;

15 El, que modela el corazón de cada uno de ellos; El, que todas las obras de ellos entiende.

16 El rey no se salva por gran ejército; ni es librado el valiente por la mucha fuerza.
