Psalms 79:4

We are become a reproach to our neighbours
That is, those that remained; so the Jews were to the Edomites, especially at the time of the Babylonish captivity, ( Psalms 137:7 ) ,

a scorn and derision to them that are round about us;
as the Christians in all ages have been to the men of the world, and especially will be insulted and triumphed over when the witnesses are slain, ( Revelation 11:10 ) .

2 Han dado los cadáveres de tus siervos por comida a las aves del cielo, la carne de tus santos a las fieras de la tierra.
3 Como agua han derramado su sangre alrededor de Jerusalén; y no hubo quien les diera sepultura.
4 Hemos sido el oprobio de nuestros vecinos, escarnio y burla de los que nos rodean.
5 ¿Hasta cuándo, SEÑOR? ¿Estarás airado para siempre? ¿Arderán como fuego tus celos?
6 Derrama tu furor sobre las naciones que no te conocen, y sobre los reinos que no invocan tu nombre.
