Luke 18:30

Who shall not receive manifold more in this present time,
&c.] Not more houses, parents, brethren but that which is abundantly preferable to them; such comfort, peace, satisfaction, and pleasure, as are not to be found in such enjoyments:

and in the world to come life everlasting;
which was what the young man was desirous of inheriting, ( Luke 18:18 ) (See Gill on Matthew 19:29).

30 will fail to receive many times more in this age—and in the age to come, eternal life.”
31 Then Jesus took the Twelve aside and said to them, “Look, we are going up to Jerusalem, and everything the prophets have written about the Son of Man will be fulfilled.
32 He will be delivered over to the Gentiles and will be mocked and insulted and spit upon.
