And Moses went out from Pharaoh, and entreated the Lord. ] He did as he promised he would, and prayed to the Lord to remove the flies from Pharaoh and his people.

So Pharaoh said, "I'll let you go to offer sacrifices to the LORD your God in the desert, provided you don't go too far away and you pray for me."

Moses said, "I'll leave you now, and I'll pray to the LORD. Tomorrow the swarms of insects will leave Pharaoh, his officials, and his people. Just don't let Pharaoh lie to us again and not let the people go to offer sacrifices to the LORD."
