35 Jehu rested with his fathers, and he was buried in Samaria. His son Jehoahaz became king in his place.

2 Kings 10:35

And Jehu slept with his fathers
Died as they did:

and they buried him in Samaria;
where Omri and Ahab, his predecessors, were buried, ( 1 Kings 16:28 ) ( 22:37 )

and Jehoahaz his son reigned in his stead;
who reigned seventeen years, ( 2 Kings 13:1 ) .

34 Now the rest of the events of Jehu's [reign], along with all his accomplishments and all his might, are written about in the Historical Record of Israel's Kings.
35 Jehu rested with his fathers, and he was buried in Samaria. His son Jehoahaz became king in his place.
36 The length of Jehu's reign over Israel in Samaria was 28 years.
