Numbers 3:8

8 They are to take care of[a] all the furnishings of the tent of meeting[b] and perform duties for[c] the Israelites by attending to the service of the tabernacle.

Numbers 3:8

And they shall keep all the instruments of the tabernacle of
the congregation
Take care of them that none be lost or come to any damage, especially while it was moving, and carried from place to place; then the several parts of it, as well as the vessels in it, were committed to their care and charge, the particulars of which see in ( Numbers 3:25 Numbers 3:26 Numbers 3:31 Numbers 3:36 Numbers 3:37 ) ;

and the charge of the children of Israel, to do the service of the
tabernacle; (See Gill on Numbers 3:7).

6 "Bring the tribe of Levi near and present them to Aaron the priest to assist him.
7 They are to perform duties for him and the entire community before the tent of meeting by attending to the service of the tabernacle.
8 They are to take care of all the furnishings of the tent of meeting and perform duties for the Israelites by attending to the service of the tabernacle.
9 Assign the Levites to Aaron and his sons; they have been assigned exclusively to him from the Israelites.
10 You are to appoint Aaron and his sons to carry out their priestly responsibilities, but any unauthorized person who comes near [the sanctuary] must be put to death."
