9 以 法 蓮 深 深 地 敗 壞 ， 如 在 基 比 亞 的 日 子 一 樣 。 耶 和 華 必 記 念 他 們 的 罪 孽 ， 追 討 他 們 的 罪 惡 。

Hosea 9:9

They have deeply corrupted [themselves], as in the days of
Gibeah
Not the false prophets and watchmen only; but rather Ephraim, or the ten tribes, through their means became extremely corrupt in principle and practice; they had most sadly degenerated, and were deeply sunk and immersed in all manner of wickedness, and rooted in it, and continued obstinate and incorrigible, so that there was no hope of reformation among them; they had got to as great a pitch of wickedness, and were guilty of the like uncleanness, lewdness, barbarity, and cruelty, as were acted by the men of Gibeah, with respect to the Levite and his concubine, ( Judges 19:1-30 ) ; for Gibeah of Benjamin is here meant, where the people asked a king, and rebelled against the words of the prophet, as some in Jarchi interpret it: [therefore] he will remember their iniquity, he will visit their sins:
that is, God, my God, as the prophet calls him in ( Hosea 9:8 ) , will not forgive and forget their sins; pardon being often expressed by a non-remembrance of sins; but will make inquiry after them, and visit them in a way of wrath and vengeance, and punish for them as they deserve: they being obstinate and impenitent, and persisting in their sins, like the men of Gibeah and Benjamin.

7 以 色 列 人 必 知 道 降 罰 的 日 子 臨 近 ， 報 應 的 時 候 來 到 。 民 說 ： 作 先 知 的 是 愚 昧 ； 受 靈 感 的 是 狂 妄 ， 皆 因 他 們 多 多 作 孽 ， 大 懷 怨 恨 。

8 以 法 蓮 曾 作 我 神 守 望 的 ； 至 於 先 知 ， 在 他 一 切 的 道 上 作 為 捕 鳥 人 的 網 羅 ， 在 他 　 神 的 家 中 懷 怨 恨 。

9 以 法 蓮 深 深 地 敗 壞 ， 如 在 基 比 亞 的 日 子 一 樣 。 耶 和 華 必 記 念 他 們 的 罪 孽 ， 追 討 他 們 的 罪 惡 。

10 主 說 ： 我 遇 見 以 色 列 如 葡 萄 在 曠 野 ； 我 看 見 你 們 的 列 祖 如 無 花 果 樹 上 春 季 初 熟 的 果 子 。 他 們 卻 來 到 巴 力 毗 珥 專 拜 那 可 羞 恥 的 ， 就 成 為 可 憎 惡 的 ， 與 他 們 所 愛 的 一 樣 。

11 至 於 以 法 蓮 人 ， 他 們 的 榮 耀 必 如 鳥 飛 去 ， 必 不 生 產 ， 不 懷 胎 ， 不 成 孕 。
