6 無 奈 到 了 約 阿 施 王 二 十 三 年 ， 祭 司 仍 未 修 理 殿 的 破 壞 之 處 。

2 Kings 12:6

But it was so, that in the twenty and third year of King
Jehoash, the priests had not repaired the breaches of the house.
] Either the people being backward to pay in the money, or the priests converted it to their own use: or, however, were negligent of doing the work enjoined them by the king, either in collecting the money, or in using it as they were directed.

4 約 阿 施 對 眾 祭 司 說 ： 凡 奉 到 耶 和 華 殿 分 別 為 聖 之 物 所 值 通 用 的 銀 子 ， 或 各 人 當 納 的 身 價 ， 或 樂 意 奉 到 耶 和 華 殿 的 銀 子 ，

5 你 們 當 從 所 認 識 的 人 收 了 來 ， 修 理 殿 的 一 切 破 壞 之 處 。

6 無 奈 到 了 約 阿 施 王 二 十 三 年 ， 祭 司 仍 未 修 理 殿 的 破 壞 之 處 。

7 所 以 約 阿 施 王 召 了 大 祭 司 耶 何 耶 大 和 眾 祭 司 來 ， 對 他 們 說 ： 你 們 怎 麼 不 修 理 殿 的 破 壞 之 處 呢 ？ 從 今 以 後 ， 你 們 不 要 從 所 認 識 的 人 再 收 銀 子 ， 要 將 所 收 的 交 出 來 ， 修 理 殿 的 破 壞 之 處 。

8 眾 祭 司 答 應 不 再 收 百 姓 的 銀 子 ， 也 不 修 理 殿 的 破 壞 之 處 。
