28 於 是 ， 摩 西 為 他 們 囑 咐 祭 司 以 利 亞 撒 和 嫩 的 兒 子 約 書 亞 ， 並 以 色 列 眾 支 派 的 族 長 ， 說 ：

Numbers 32:28

So concerning them Moses commanded
That they should have a grant of the land they requested: this looks as if Moses determined the case himself, though perhaps it was by the vote, and with the consent of the whole court; only Moses strictly enjoined them to observe it, namely,

Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun, and the chief fathers of
the tribes of the children of Israel;
and the rather he did this, because he knew that he should die, and not see either the thing itself or the conditions of it performed.

26 我 們 的 妻 子 、 孩 子 、 羊 群 ， 和 所 有 的 牲 畜 都 要 留 在 基 列 的 各 城 。

27 但 你 的 僕 人 ， 凡 帶 兵 器 的 ， 都 要 照 我 主 所 說 的 話 ， 在 耶 和 華 面 前 過 去 打 仗 。

28 於 是 ， 摩 西 為 他 們 囑 咐 祭 司 以 利 亞 撒 和 嫩 的 兒 子 約 書 亞 ， 並 以 色 列 眾 支 派 的 族 長 ， 說 ：

29 迦 得 子 孫 和 流 便 子 孫 ， 凡 帶 兵 器 在 耶 和 華 面 前 去 打 仗 的 ， 若 與 你 們 一 同 過 約 但 河 ， 那 地 被 你 們 制 伏 了 ， 你 們 就 要 把 基 列 地 給 他 們 為 業 。

30 倘 若 他 們 不 帶 兵 器 和 你 們 一 同 過 去 ， 就 要 在 迦 南 地 你 們 中 間 得 產 業 。
