16 其 次 是 管 理 伯 夙 一 半 、 押 卜 的 兒 子 尼 希 米 修 造 ， 直 到 大 衛 墳 地 的 對 面 ， 又 到 挖 成 的 池 子 ， 並 勇 士 的 房 屋 。

Nehemiah 3:16

After him repaired Nehemiah the son of Azbuk, the ruler of the
half part of Bethzur.
] A strong fortified place in the tribe of Judah, ( Joshua 15:58 ) ,

unto the place over against the sepulchres of David;
where he and his family, and the kings of his race, were buried, which remained to this time untouched by the Babylonians, and to many ages after; see ( Acts 2:29 )

and to the pool that was made;
not a natural, but an artificial one, which was made by Hezekiah, ( 2 Kings 20:20 ) ,

and unto the house of the mighty;
where was a garrison of soldiers in former time for defence.

17 其 次 是 利 未 人 巴 尼 的 兒 子 利 宏 修 造 。 其 次 是 管 理 基 伊 拉 一 半 、 哈 沙 比 雅 為 他 所 管 的 本 境 修 造 。

18 其 次 是 利 未 人 弟 兄 中 管 理 基 伊 拉 那 一 半 、 希 拿 達 的 兒 子 巴 瓦 伊 修 造 。
