Either the brethren of the two before named particularly, or the Levites their brethren in general, as Jarchi:

Bavai, the son of Henadad, the ruler of the half part of Keilah;
the other half of that place.

20 其 次 是 薩 拜 的 兒 子 巴 錄 竭 力 修 造 一 段 ， 從 城 牆 轉 彎 ， 直 到 大 祭 司 以 利 亞 實 的 府 門 。
