24 眾 人 看 見 參 孫 ， 就 讚 美 他 們 的 　 神 說 ： 我 們 的 　 神 將 毀 壞 我 們 地 、 殺 害 我 們 許 多 人 的 仇 敵 交 在 我 們 手 中 了 。

Judges 16:24

And when the people saw him
In the condition he was, blinded and fettered, of whom and of his great exploits they had heard so much: they praised their god; as Belshazzar did his, ( Daniel 5:4 ) in hymns and songs composed for them, the substance of which was as follows:

for they said, our god hath delivered into our hands our enemy, and the
destroyer of our country;
as he had been, by tying firebrands to the tails of three hundred foxes, and letting them go into their cornfields, vineyards, and oliveyards:

which slew many of us;
thirty men at Ashkelon, more at Timnath, and 1000 with the jawbone of an ass at Lehi.

22 然 而 他 的 頭 髮 被 剃 之 後 ， 又 漸 漸 長 起 來 了 。

23 非 利 士 人 的 首 領 聚 集 ， 要 給 他 們 的 神 大 袞 獻 大 祭 ， 並 且 歡 樂 ， 因 為 他 們 說 ： 我 們 的 　 神 將 我 們 的 仇 敵 參 孫 交 在 我 們 手 中 了 。

24 眾 人 看 見 參 孫 ， 就 讚 美 他 們 的 　 神 說 ： 我 們 的 　 神 將 毀 壞 我 們 地 、 殺 害 我 們 許 多 人 的 仇 敵 交 在 我 們 手 中 了 。

25 他 們 正 宴 樂 的 時 候 ， 就 說 ： 叫 參 孫 來 ， 在 我 們 面 前 戲 耍 戲 耍 。 於 是 將 參 孫 從 監 裡 提 出 來 ， 他 就 在 眾 人 面 前 戲 耍 。 他 們 使 他 站 在 兩 柱 中 間 。

26 參 孫 向 拉 他 手 的 童 子 說 ： 求 你 讓 我 摸 著 托 房 的 柱 子 ， 我 要 靠 一 靠 。
