1 當 猶 大 王 約 西 亞 之 子 約 雅 敬 的 時 候 ， 耶 和 華 的 話 臨 到 耶 利 米 說 ：

Jeremiah 35:1

The word which came unto Jeremiah from the Lord
Not as following the former prophecies; for they must be delivered seventeen years after this. The prophecies of Jeremiah are not put together in their proper time in which they were delivered. The preceding prophecies were delivered in the "tenth" and "eleventh" years of Zedekiah's reign: but this in the days of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah;
in what part of his reign is not certain; but it must be after Nebuchadnezzar had invaded the land, ( Jeremiah 35:11 ) ; very probably in the fourth year of Jehoiakim, after he had been the king of Babylon's servant three years, and rebelled against him, ( 2 Kings 24:1 2 Kings 24:2 ) ; saying;

1 當 猶 大 王 約 西 亞 之 子 約 雅 敬 的 時 候 ， 耶 和 華 的 話 臨 到 耶 利 米 說 ：

2 你 去 見 利 甲 族 的 人 ， 和 他 們 說 話 ， 領 他 們 進 入 耶 和 華 殿 的 一 間 屋 子 ， 給 他 們 酒 喝 。

3 我 就 將 哈 巴 洗 尼 雅 的 孫 子 雅 利 米 雅 的 兒 子 雅 撒 尼 亞 和 他 弟 兄 ， 並 他 眾 子 ， 以 及 利 甲 全 族 的 人 ，

4 領 到 耶 和 華 的 殿 ， 進 入 　 神 人 伊 基 大 利 的 兒 子 哈 難 眾 子 的 屋 子 。 那 屋 子 在 首 領 的 屋 子 旁 邊 ， 在 沙 龍 之 子 把 門 的 瑪 西 雅 屋 子 以 上 。

5 於 是 我 在 利 甲 族 人 面 前 設 擺 盛 滿 酒 的 碗 和 杯 ， 對 他 們 說 ： 請 你 們 喝 酒 。
