A wonderful and horrible thing is committed in the land.
] What may justly raise admiration in some, and horror in others, or both in all: it is so amazing that it can hardly be conceived of, and so shameful and filthy as not to be expressed; what it is follows:

28 他 們 肥 胖 光 潤 ， 作 惡 過 甚 ， 不 為 人 伸 冤 ！ 就 是 不 為 孤 兒 伸 冤 ， 不 使 他 亨 通 ， 也 不 為 窮 人 辨 屈 。

29 耶 和 華 說 ： 我 豈 不 因 這 些 事 討 罪 呢 ？ 豈 不 報 復 這 樣 的 國 民 呢 ？

31 就 是 先 知 說 假 預 言 ， 祭 司 藉 他 們 把 持 權 柄 ； 我 的 百 姓 也 喜 愛 這 些 事 ， 到 了 結 局 你 們 怎 樣 行 呢 ？
