9 Yēhéhuá xiàng Suǒluómén fānù , yīnwei tāde xīn piānlí xiàng tā liǎng cì xiǎnxiàn de Yēhéhuá Yǐsèliè de shén .

Lièwángjìshang 11:9 Meaning and Commentary

1 Kings 11:9

And the Lord was angry with Solomon, because his heart was
turned from the Lord God of Israel
Or from the fear of him, as the Targum, which must in a great measure be cast off, or he could not have given in to idolatry in any shape as he did; for it was for that the Lord was displeased, the which nothing is more provoking to him, as may be often observed:

which had appeared unto him twice;
once at Gibeon, and again after his prayer at the dedication of the temple, ( 1 Kings 3:5 ) ( 9:2 ) , which is mentioned here as an aggravation of his sin, that he should fall into it, when the Lord had condescended to appear to him so graciously.

7 Suǒluómén wèi Móyē kĕ zēng de shén jī mò hé Yàmén rén kĕ zēng de shén mó luò , zaì Yēlùsǎlĕng duìmiàn de shān shàng jiànzhù qiū tán .

8 Tā wèi nàxiē xiàng zìjǐ de shén shāoxiāng xiànjì de waì bāng nǚzi , jiù shì tā qǔ lái de fēi pín yĕ shì zhèyàng xíng .

9 Yēhéhuá xiàng Suǒluómén fānù , yīnwei tāde xīn piānlí xiàng tā liǎng cì xiǎnxiàn de Yēhéhuá Yǐsèliè de shén .

10 Yēhéhuá céng fēnfu tā bùkĕ suícóng bié shén , tā què méiyǒu zūnshǒu Yēhéhuá suǒ fēnfu de .

11 Suǒyǐ Yēhéhuá duì tā shuō , nǐ jì xíng le zhè shì , bù zūnshǒu wǒ suǒ fēnfu nǐ shǒu de yuē hé lǜ lì , wǒ bìjiāng nǐde guó duó huí , cìgĕi nǐde chén zǐ .
