1 Chronicles 29:10

Wherefore David blessed the Lord before all the congregation,
&c.] To whose goodness he ascribed both the ability and willingness of him, and his people, to offer after such a manner; he knew it was God that wrought in them both to will and to do, and therefore gave him the glory of it:

and David said, blessed be thou, Lord God of Israel our Father, for
ever and ever;
the phrase, "our father", does not belong to the God of Israel, their father by covenant and adoption, but to Israel, or Jacob, the ancestor of the Jewish nation; who is made mention of on this occasion, he being the first that spoke of building an house for God, as some Jewish writers, Jarchi and Kimchi, observe, see ( Genesis 28:22 ) .

8 凡 有 宝 石 的 都 交 给 革 顺 人 耶 歇 ， 送 入 耶 和 华 殿 的 府 库 。

9 因 这 些 人 诚 心 乐 意 献 给 耶 和 华 ， 百 姓 就 欢 喜 ， 大 卫 王 也 大 大 欢 喜 。

11 耶 和 华 啊 ， 尊 大 、 能 力 、 荣 耀 、 强 胜 、 威 严 都 是 你 的 ； 凡 天 上 地 下 的 都 是 你 的 ； 国 度 也 是 你 的 ， 并 且 你 为 至 高 ， 为 万 有 之 首 。

12 丰 富 尊 荣 都 从 你 而 来 ， 你 也 治 理 万 物 。 在 你 手 里 有 大 能 大 力 ， 使 人 尊 大 强 盛 都 出 於 你 。
