Which bare him children
Or, "and she bore him" ^F4; for it is said only of one of them, the other perhaps died without children; this may refer to the last mentioned, Abihail, whose children were

Jeush, and Shamariah, and Zaham;
who perhaps all died in their father's lifetime, since the firstborn of a later wife succeeded him.

17 这 样 ， 就 坚 固 犹 大 国 ， 使 所 罗 门 的 儿 子 罗 波 安 强 盛 三 年 ， 因 为 他 们 三 年 遵 行 大 卫 和 所 罗 门 的 道 。

18 罗 波 安 娶 大 卫 儿 子 耶 利 摩 的 女 儿 玛 哈 拉 为 妻 ， 又 娶 耶 西 儿 子 以 利 押 的 女 儿 亚 比 孩 为 妻 。

19 从 他 生 了 几 个 儿 子 ， 就 是 耶 乌 施 、 示 玛 利 雅 、 撒 罕 。

20 後 来 又 娶 押 沙 龙 的 女 儿 玛 迦 ( 十 三 章 二 节 作 乌 列 的 女 儿 米 该 雅 ) ， 从 他 生 了 亚 比 雅 、 亚 太 、 细 撒 、 示 罗 密 。

21 罗 波 安 娶 十 八 个 妻 ， 立 六 十 个 妾 ， 生 二 十 八 个 儿 子 ， 六 十 个 女 儿 ； 他 却 爱 押 沙 龙 的 女 儿 玛 迦 ， 比 爱 别 的 妻 妾 更 甚 。
