2 约 坦 行 耶 和 华 眼 中 看 为 正 的 事 ， 效 法 他 父 乌 西 雅 一 切 所 行 的 ， 只 是 不 入 耶 和 华 的 殿 。 百 姓 还 行 邪 僻 的 事 。

2 Chronicles 27:2

And he did that which was right
(See Gill on 2 Kings 15:34),

howbeit, he entered not into the temple of the Lord;
to burn incense, as his father did; he did according to his good ways, but not his evil ones:

and the people did yet corruptly;
in sacrificing and burning incense in the high places, ( 2 Kings 15:35 ) which some think Joash himself did, and is meant in the preceding clause; but the sense given is best.

5 约 坦 与 亚 扪 人 的 王 打 仗 胜 了 他 们 ， 当 年 他 们 进 贡 银 一 百 他 连 得 ， 小 麦 一 万 歌 珥 ， 大 麦 一 万 歌 珥 ； 第 二 年 、 第 三 年 也 是 这 样 。
