2 Kings 21:12

Therefore thus saith the Lord God of Israel
Who, though kind and gracious to Israel as their covenant God, is yet just and righteous, as well as he is a sovereign Being and Lord of all:

behold, I am bringing such evil upon Jerusalem and Judah, that
whosoever heareth of it, both his ears shall tingle;
it will make such a noise in the world, and be so horrible and terrible; and if, he report of it would be so dreadful as to make a man's ears tingle, and his heart tremble, what must it be to endure it! ( Ezekiel 22:14 ) ( 1 Samuel 3:11 ) .

10 耶 和 华 藉 他 仆 人 众 先 知 说 ：

11 因 犹 大 王 玛 拿 西 行 这 些 可 憎 的 恶 事 比 先 前 亚 摩 利 人 所 行 的 更 甚 ， 使 犹 大 人 拜 他 的 偶 像 ， 陷 在 罪 里 ；

12 所 以 耶 和 华 ─ 以 色 列 的 　 神 如 此 说 ： 我 必 降 祸 与 耶 路 撒 冷 和 犹 大 ， 叫 一 切 听 见 的 人 无 不 耳 鸣 。

13 我 必 用 量 撒 玛 利 亚 的 准 绳 和 亚 哈 家 的 线 铊 拉 在 耶 路 撒 冷 上 ， 必 擦 净 耶 路 撒 冷 ， 如 人 擦 盘 ， 将 盘 倒 扣 。

14 我 必 弃 掉 所 馀 剩 的 子 民 ( 原 文 作 产 业 ) ， 把 他 们 交 在 仇 敌 手 中 ， 使 他 们 成 为 一 切 仇 敌 掳 掠 之 物 ；
