13 你 们 所 分 出 来 的 城 ， 要 作 六 座 逃 城 。

Numbers 35:13

And of these cities which ye shall give
Of the forty eight cities they were to give to the Levites, ( Numbers 35:7 ) ,

six cities shall ye have for refuge;
which, I think, makes it clear, that not all the forty eight cities were for refuge, only six of them.

11 就 要 分 出 几 座 城 ， 为 你 们 作 逃 城 ， 使 误 杀 人 的 可 以 逃 到 那 里 。

12 这 些 城 可 以 作 逃 避 报 仇 人 的 城 ， 使 误 杀 人 的 不 至 於 死 ， 等 他 站 在 会 众 面 前 听 审 判 。

13 你 们 所 分 出 来 的 城 ， 要 作 六 座 逃 城 。

14 在 约 但 河 东 要 分 出 三 座 城 ， 在 迦 南 地 也 要 分 出 三 座 城 ， 都 作 逃 城 。

15 这 六 座 城 要 给 以 色 列 人 和 他 们 中 间 的 外 人 ， 并 寄 居 的 ， 作 为 逃 城 ， 使 误 杀 人 的 都 可 以 逃 到 那 里 。
