1 这 事 以 後 ， 波 斯 王 亚 达 薛 西 年 间 ， 有 个 以 斯 拉 ， 他 是 西 莱 雅 的 儿 子 ， 西 莱 雅 是 亚 撒 利 雅 的 儿 子 ， 亚 撒 利 雅 是 希 勒 家 的 儿 子 ，

4 米 拉 约 是 西 拉 希 雅 的 儿 子 ， 西 拉 希 雅 是 乌 西 的 儿 子 ， 乌 西 是 布 基 的 儿 子 ，

5 布 基 是 亚 比 书 的 儿 子 ， 亚 比 书 是 非 尼 哈 的 儿 子 ， 非 尼 哈 是 以 利 亚 撒 的 儿 子 ， 以 利 亚 撒 是 大 祭 司 亚 伦 的 儿 子 。

6 这 以 斯 拉 从 巴 比 伦 上 来 ， 他 是 敏 捷 的 文 士 ， 通 达 耶 和 华 ─ 以 色 列 神 所 赐 摩 西 的 律 法 书 。 王 允 准 他 一 切 所 求 的 ， 是 因 耶 和 华 ─ 他 神 的 手 帮 助 他 。

7 亚 达 薛 西 王 第 七 年 ， 以 色 列 人 、 祭 司 、 利 未 人 、 歌 唱 的 、 守 门 的 、 尼 提 宁 ， 有 上 耶 路 撒 冷 的 。

8 王 第 七 年 五 月 ， 以 斯 拉 到 了 耶 路 撒 冷 。

9 正 月 初 一 日 ， 他 从 巴 比 伦 起 程 ； 因 他 神 施 恩 的 手 帮 助 他 ， 五 月 初 一 日 就 到 了 耶 路 撒 冷 。

10 以 斯 拉 定 志 考 究 遵 行 耶 和 华 的 律 法 ， 又 将 律 例 典 章 教 训 以 色 列 人 。

INTRODUCTION TO EZRA 7

In this chapter we have the lineage and character of Ezra described, Ezr 7:1-6, his expedition to Jerusalem, and of many others with him, Ezr 7:7-10, a copy of the commission King Artaxerxes gave him to execute, Ezr 7:11-26, and his thankfulness, Ezr 7:27,28.

and the dedication of it, and keeping the passover:

\\in the reign of Artaxerxes king of Persia\\; in the seventh year of his reign, Ezr 7:7,8, who is the same with Darius in the preceding chapter; so Jarchi and Aben Ezra; \\See Gill on "Ezr 6:14"\\.
