Whereby when ye read
The above chapters, and seriously consider what is contained in them:

ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ
of his person, office, and grace; and which knowledge was very large indeed.

2 谅 必 你 们 曾 听 见 神 赐 恩 给 我 ， 将 关 切 你 们 的 职 分 托 付 我 ，

3 用 启 示 使 我 知 道 福 音 的 奥 秘 ， 正 如 我 以 前 略 略 写 过 的 。

4 你 们 念 了 ， 就 能 晓 得 我 深 知 基 督 的 奥 秘 。

5 这 奥 秘 在 以 前 的 世 代 没 有 叫 人 知 道 ， 像 如 今 藉 着 圣 灵 启 示 他 的 圣 使 徒 和 先 知 一 样 。

6 这 奥 秘 就 是 外 邦 人 在 基 督 耶 稣 里 ， 藉 着 福 音 ， 得 以 同 为 後 嗣 ， 同 为 一 体 ， 同 蒙 应 许 。
